- The Hydro°Coach® is equipped with an inner chamber and 2 lateral openings allowing the user to adjust the resistance and buoyancy depending on the selected exercise.
- The water level is indicated on the display on each side of the device.
- Water and air levels are adjusted by tilting the Hydro°Coach® forwards or backwards to regulate the balance between the 2 floats. This can be done during an exercise.
